The rudder is shaking, what to do?
Usually this means there is plastic in the propeller. You can activate the shredder by putting the boat in full reverse.

I would like to extend my trip, is this possible?
If your trip can be extended you will receive an e-mail one hour before the end of your original reservation. If you did not receive an e-mail but would like to extend anyways, please give us a call.

The boats is going slower, what to do?
Most of the times the boat is going slower due to plastic in the propeller. You can activate the shredder by putting the boat in full reverse.

Water is coming into the boat, what can I do?
If water is coming into the boat it usually means the plug in the floor isn't properly set. Stop somewhere where everybody can get off the boat. Then one person has to take the plug out of the floor en let the water drain. Then you can put the plug back in and everybody can enter the boat. If the problem isn't solved, please contact us.

I’m afraid I will not make it back in time to the dock, what to do?
Please contact our office and let us know when you will be back.

There has been an accident with another boat, what to do?
Please note the place an time were the accident happened, and write the contacts down. If possible, please make a picture of the damage. Please let us know what happened by calling our office.

I’m lost, how will I find my way back?
On the folder you can find a map. Check the names of the streets along sides the water and find your place on the map. You can also call us, and we will help you trough our navigation system.

Someone fell overboard, what can I do?
The cushions can float, make sure the person in the water can hold on and try to help the person back in the boat.

How do I steer the boat?
With the rudder you can sail to the right and left. If you hold the rudder to the right, the boat wil turn to the left. With the joystick you can move the boat forwards and backwards.
