We currently have two types of boats\u00a0moored in different cities in the Netherlands. They work on electricity and can operate for up to 14 hours on a full battery.<\/span><\/p>\n

Environmentally-friendly\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”410″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]All of our boats\u00a0operate on electricity, which means they don’t generate any direct CO2 emissions. In addition, the electric engines make our boats very quiet and they hardly create any waves at all.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text]

Our fleet<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”412″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]Sloepdelen\u2019s fleet currently consists of 58 identical boats divided over the different cities and 10 <\/span>of our new XL Lounge boats, only located in Loosdrecht.<\/p>\n

Both type of sloops are built out of extremely thick aluminium, making them very sturdy. They have room for 12 people and can operate for up to 14 hours on a full battery, at a maximum speed of 6 km per hour.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_layout=”full-width-background” palette=”white” bottom_padding=”none”][vc_column width=”1\/6″]

We also work on building new boats during the year. We go about this under the name of \u2018The Boat Constructors\u2019.
